This product is great; however, in this shipment, I received a damaged, open box, and the packets were scattered, which was not the seller’s fault. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement or a refund. In addition to an apology, they sent a replacement product that I received intact. Not only is the product effective, but the customer service is too.

After using a MUCH more expensive similar product I gave this one a try. I am so glad I did. The idea is to ¡°wake up¡± the little gut buddies in water versus your stomach acid. In this way, they absorb water first and don¡¯t die from acid, ensuring most actually reach your gut where they are supposed to go instead of dying in your stomach. I have trouble with intermittent constipation and this stuff produces reliable and gentle solutions to that problem. I can only guess as to the other miracles happening. Customer for life which will be longer because of this amazing probiotic.

I was skeptical but figured for the price it was worth trying. Even if I didn¡¯t like it or it didn¡¯t work. It was inexpensive enough. I looked into ther higher priced products that claim they do the same thing and even though they offer refunds if you aren¡¯t satisfied it¡¯s always more of a hassle to go that route so I decided to try this first and I¡¯m glad I did because they don¡¯t taste bad (I add them to some flavored water and can¡¯t even taste much difference. It¡¯s been a little over a week of drinking then every morning and I havett had any belly pain whatsoever. I highly recommend them.
